The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has a mailing list to distribute real-time updates regarding the appeal of Kristin Perry, et al v. Arnold Schwarzenegger (the prop 8 case). The Perry Prop 8 Tweeter scrapes these emails, caches them, and posts summaries and links to Twitter.
